a “board-certified” inspection firm we will insulate you

• Periodic interior and exterior, unit-by-unit, room-by-room inspections for water damage, intrusions or leaks, related mold conditions, general plumbing, and more. • Utilization of electronic moisture-detection devices such as moisture metering and thermal-imaging allowing discovery of unwanted moisture in areas otherwise non-detectable by visual inspection, allowing earlier discovery, thus, minimizing damages. • Reporting and documentation of the general living conditions and any notable tenant activities which may contribute to problems, thus, the transfer of risk and liability. • Inspection data supported by digital photos recording each inspection. Establishing an inspection-by-inspection logging and documentation of the time-line of any changing conditions. •
Formal mold testing as needed. Full assistance and consultation
for any water damage or mold remediation situation. Full confidentiality
between RED-X and landlord. • We use a non-alarmist approach which includes no “mold” reference on uniforms or vehicles. This prevents a rash of panic complaints from other tenants who may see or hear of our inspection activities. • Emergency water intrusion inspections / routine mold inspections. Pre-move-in and pre and post-move-out inspections available (documentation of tenant damages). Smoke alarm inspections available. •

tenants health, as an alternative to moving a tenant into separate
